A long-time poet and self-taught vocalist/musician, I decided to merge my two passions and record songs that inspire each of us to face ourselves, rise from our challenges and victoriously live life as our freest and truest selves. ‘Work Horse’ is a song to the restless, the compulsive, the struggling and suffering aspect of human nature. It is a call from conscience, beckoning that compulsive nature in us to slow down, to let the dust settle, and to release the past so that a new way of being can emerge.
